Mr. Howard Q. Dee (born 1930) is a Filipino businessman and philanthropist who was the Philippine ambassador to the Holy See and Malta from 1986 to 1990.
He is presently the Chairman of the Assisi Development Foundation, Inc.

Richard C. Dee

Mr. Richard C. Dee serves as the President of Dao Investment and Management Corp. from 2007 up to present. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of United Laboratories, Inc. (UNILAB) and a Trustee in Assisi Development Foundation.
In April 1983, he finished his Bachelor of Commerce course from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
Amb. Jose L. Cuisia, Jr.

Ambassador Jose L. Cuisia, Jr. was the Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the United States of America on November 30, 2010 and confirmed by the Commission on Appointments on February 09, 2011. He formally assumed his position on April 2, 2011 and served until June 2016.
Prior to his appointment, Ambassador Cuisia was Vice Chairman of Philam Life after having served the company as its President and Chief Executive Officer for 16 years. He was also Chairman of the Board for BPI-Philam Life Assurance Co., the Philam Foundation and Tower Club, Inc.
Eric Albert L. Gotuaco

Eric Gotuaco joined United Laboratories, Inc. in 2002. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, and Director of several associated companies. Among his functions is the management of treasury investments, particularly involving marketable securities. Eric is also a member of the Board of Directors of Greenfield Development Corporation. He was appointed Director of PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria in 2006, and served as President Director from 2010 to 2014. Since 2014, Mr. Gotuaco has been serving as President Director of PT Medifarma Laboratories.
Eric began his career as an Analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., New York in 1989-1992. He was an Associate at Hambrecht & Quist Philippines, Inc. from 1992 to 1993. He started First Choice Food Corporation in 1993 and was President up to 2002, when he joined the Unilab Group. Eric has also served on the Board of Directors at Metro Rail Transit Corporation and at Carmen Copper Corporation.
He attended The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1990 with a B.S. in Economics, Magna Cum Laude. He is currently President of the Wharton-Penn Alumni Association, and Chairman of the Penn Alumni Interview Committee. He completed his secondary schooling at Xavier School in 1986.
Esther O. Santos

Ms. Ma. Ester O. Santos joined the PLDT-Smart Foundation (PSF) as President in 2011. She is an alumna of the University of the Philippines, Diliman where she took up her master in Development Economics and BA in Economics. In 2013, Ms. Santos was also a member of the pioneer batch that completed the Advanced Management Program of the University of Asia & the Pacific and the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
She also worked for financial institutions and local conglomerates in various capacities as financial analyst, research head of equities and trust divisions, and a fund manager. Before joining PSF, she was the only Filipino to be designated country delegate for Fundacion Codespa, a non-profit organization dedicated to international development cooperation that creates development strategies and programs, with his Royal Highness the Prince of Spain as honorary chairman. She also worked with several local foundations and advocacies for women and the youth. Her foundation experience mostly entailed strategic fund management, building strategy framework for implementation, and project management.
Ms. Santos is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the League of Corporate Foundations and Radio Veritas.

Kamrul H. Tarafder
President and CEO
Mr. Kamrul H. Tarafder was the Team Leader Consultant of the United Nations Development Programme-Microfinance Support Project (UNDP-MSP) and Microfinance Sector Support Project (MSSP) from October 1998 until June 2004. He handled 3 projects as Team Leader Expert for the MSSP of the UNDP MicroStart Program in the Philippines. He assisted more than 25 MFIs in the Philippines by introducing the ASA system and studied around 50 MFIs throughout the country. The project was evaluated by the Consultative Group to Assist the Poorest (CGAP) and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) as the highest achievement and no. 1 among 66 implementing countries in the world.
He has extensive experience in South and Southeast Asian countries in establishing the microfinance system. He also attended many national and international seminars on microfinance in the United States, Australia, Thailand, Bangladesh and the Philippines as resource person.
He was the Deputy General Manager of and acted in various capacities with ASA Bangladesh for 11 years.
In 1979, he earned a Higher Secondary Certificate from Brindaban College in Bangladesh. He finished his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Dhaka in 1988. In 2003, he earned his Master in Entrepreneurship (with distinction) at AIM, Manila.
